こんにちは、みんな！ここはニコニコPLAZAです。私はニコル、みんなは私の別の名前、ミオの方が馴染みがあるかもしれませんね笑笑。昔からライブ配信に挑戦してみたかったんだけど、偶然のきっかけでビーズのライブを始めました。そして、多くの人に喜んでもらい、私自身もビーズDIYの楽しさにハマってしまいました。ビーズのことを知れば知るほど、自分のアイデアを加えたくなったので、ニコニコPLAZAを始めることにしました。
 でも、何かを始めるには自分の努力だけでは進展が遅いこともあります。だから、オアシスと大学時代の友達しなのちゃんがサポートしてくれて本当に感謝しています。
ニコニコのスタッフは全員女性です。社員を募集する際に女性限定としたのは、大学で社会福祉学の授業を受けたことから、女性が職場で直面する困難を深く理解しております。従って、自分に力があるときには、女性に対して少しでも支援できることを願っています。
 私たちは、女性ならではの視点で製品やサービスを開発しています。専門性の高いデザイナーチームが、女性顧客のニーズに特化したデザインを創出しています。細部にまでこだわり、高品質な素材と丁寧な仕上げで、すべてのお客さまが本当に感じられる心遣いと満足を提供しています。

Hello everyone! Welcome to NIKONIKO PLAZA. I’m Nicole, but you might be more familiar with my other name, Mio. I’ve always wanted to try live streaming, and by chance, I started doing bead craft live streams. It brought joy to so many people, and I found myself falling in love with the fun of bead DIY. The more I learned about beads, the more I wanted to add my own ideas, which led to the creation of NIKONIKO PLAZA.

However, starting something new can be slow with just my own efforts. That’s why I’m so grateful for the support of Oasis and my university friend, Shinano.

All of the staff at NIKONIKO are women. When recruiting employees, I specifically chose to focus on women because, during my university studies in social welfare, I learned about the challenges women face in the workplace. So, when I have the capacity, I hope to offer even a little bit of support to women.

We develop our products and services with a unique female perspective. Our highly specialized design team creates designs that cater specifically to the needs of female customers. With attention to detail, high-quality materials, and careful craftsmanship, we strive to provide our customers with genuine care and satisfaction that they can truly feel.
